Florence de Dampierre

 Florence de Dampierre, a noted decorator and furniture historian, is the author of several books, including The Best Painted Furniture and The Decorator, as well as numerous articles on period furniture in the fine art press. She lives in Litchfield, Conneticut with her husband and children.
