Pamela Palmer

 When asked where she's from, Pamela Palmer replies, "The Air Force." The daughter of a pilot, she had lived in eleven different houses and attended eight schools across the U.S. and Asia by age fourteen, sparking a life-long love of adventure. When her plan to captain starships didn't pan out, she earned a degree in Industrial Engineering and went to work for IBM, filling her desire for adventure through books and daydreams until finally succumbing to the need to create worlds of her own. 

In May of 2006, she sold her first book, The Dark Gate. Since then, she's sold a total of twelve books plus a novella to three major publishers. She has four books coming out summer of 2009—the first three in her Feral Warriors series from Avon (Desire Untamed, Obsession Untamed, and Passion Untamed), and Sapphire Dream, the first of her time-travels from Berkley, under the pseudonym Pamela Montgomerie.
